Friends never say Good-bye!

It seems like just one day has passed since we all met!
We have had a wonderful time together. As we say goodbye, we remind ourselves that farewells are not forever, nor are they the end. They are simply words to say that we will miss you dearly and that we will remember you fondly.
Although we may be separated by time and distance in the interim, nothing will dimish the important role that you have and always will play in our lives.
We wish you happy adventures, fantastic new friendship, amazing experiences and the journey of a lifetime.

And untill we meet again, may God hold you in the hollow of his hand (Irish blessing)

Welcome one and all!

We are excited to invite you to our country Latvia, our home town Preili and the school.

Latvia is a country of fascinting and harmonious serenity. Travelling around our country will be a pleasant experience for those who wish to enjoy the beauty of natural trails and unharmed landscape, as well as for those interested in historical and cultural values.

Our region is called Latgale- the land of lakes. It comprises about a thousand lakes. Latgale attracts visitors by its intense cultural contrasts and the colourful character of the area. For a deeper insight into the heart of Latgale you should see the impressive Catholic churches, listen to the sound of the Latgalian language, and watch the pottery making process that embraces all the four elements- earth, air, fire and water.

It is a region that was ruled by Asians, Africans and Europeans.

Soon (March 22-26) we are going to the fourth Comenius meeting in Alcamo! We are anxious to see it, to feel it and taste it!
